Product overview
It consists of upper and lower carbon steel, cast iron valve body, rubber sleeve, large and small valve stem gate, upper and lower guide column and other parts.
It is mainly used for centrifugal pump, mixed flow pump and axial flow pump outlet pipelines in automatic water supply and drainage pumping stations. It is designed with two kinds of control devices, namely piston type and diaphragm type, which can be used for clean water, raw water medium and sewage and slurry water medium respectively.
Through the auxiliary parts, the on-line operation of the valve can be fed back in real time, so as to realize the functions of automatic control and remote detection for distance transportation engineering.
In terms of product types, the company has developed four specifications, such as ordinary type, regulating type, sewage type and backwater low pressure type, to meet the needs of different customers in different working conditions.

Working principle:
It is the fifth generation new product after the old manual control valve, hydraulic control butterfly valve and hydraulic automatic valve at the pump outlet. Through the fluid design of the valve, a linear flow channel is formed, with low energy consumption, stable operation and good sealing effect. It has the functions of electric gate valve, electric butterfly valve and check valve. By improving the fast closing time, it can better eliminate the harm of water hammer and protect the safety of water pump and pipe network system.
When the handwheel is turned clockwise, the big and small valve stems drive the upper and lower stubble plates, compress the pipe sleeve and close them at the same time, otherwise, they can be opened. In this way, the gate is reciprocating up and down between the guide pillars to complete the valve opening and closing work.
